commercially exploit the information in any manner without
the express written consent of Sportrends.
3) Use of this information in violation of federal, state,
provincial, or local laws is strictly prohibited.

The Customer agrees not
to copy, sell, distribute, publish or circulate our sports
handicapping software.
5) Usernames and Passwords assigned to Subscribers are
intended for their use only. Logins that record excessive
weekly visits from multiple I.P. addresses will be removed
from the Subscription list.
6) Sportrends may at any time revise these Terms and
Conditions by updating this posting. The Subscriber is
bound by any such revisions and should therefore
periodically visit this page to review the most current
Terms and Conditions.
