Crusher - is
a newly developed
exclusive powerful feature which seeks out the 50 best and 50
worst significant trends for both College and Pro Football and
then applies these trends to game match-ups in our Strategy Picks
screen for any games in our database including the upcoming
season. By using a range of game dates and conditions you select,
the program actually finds 50 of the best and 50 of the worst
significant trends, either by a Win/Loss ATS% method or what we
call the Beta Factor method. What makes Trend Crusher so unique is
that it can automatically find any imaginable trend in a flash by
querying over 40 of the most important constraints for both
“After” and “When” conditions. Trend Crusher will
automatically combine up to 3 individual constraints for
"After" and "When" conditions. There are
literally countless unique combinations of "After" and
"When" conditions being tested. The 50 best or 50 worst
trends can then be edited and saved in a library for each team.

The first screen above
automatically seeks and finds the 50 best and 50 worst trends for
New England using the "After" constraint by querying the
entire database and sorts each trend by utilizing the "ATS
Win/Loss" Sort Method. The next screen finds the 50 best and
50 worst trends for Denver utilizing the "When"
constraint and utilizes the "Beta Factor" Sort Method.
Beta
Factor - values measure
the likelihood that an observed event would occur due only to
chance. The larger the Beta value, the less likely it is that
chance alone would cause an event to happen. Our software is
programmed to automatically find the so called "statistically
significant" trends, with very high win/loss records where
the probability is less than 5% that chance would cause such an
observed event to occur.
