I can't download stats. What should I do?
It is our experience that most problems to download are associated
with one of the following issues:
1) Your Internet Service Provider is down, therefore a connection is
not active. Make sure you are connected to the Internet before you
try downloading. If you still can't, contact your ISP provider.
2) Our Web Site Host Provider is down. Wait till back up and
running. This happens very rarely.
3) Your Internet connection is noisy. If you are experiencing a bad
connection, it can prevent downloading information. Cable connection
slow, too many people using it. Try again later.
4) If all else fails call us at 732-833-4972 and we will do our
best to help you.
